Living a healthy lifestyle begins with maintaining a strong and fit body. We will design a customised exercise program to suit your needs and goals and help you make the best use of your exercise time. We will motivate you, improve your technique, monitor your progress, adjust your exercise program in response to your changing fitness level and offer sound information on good nutrition.

Training plans include pre-exercise screening and fitness assessments, posture analysis, nutrition guidance and a 45-minute workout tailored to your needs and agreed outcomes.
Go45 Cardio
Cardiorespiratory fitness will help improve your heart and lung function, and increase feelings of well being
This 45-minute session includes cardio workouts, plyometric movements, stamina and endurance prescriptions to test both aerobic and anaerobic systems, resulting in fat burning and muscle building sessions.
Go45 Resist
Improve muscle and bone strength
This 45-minute session includes resistance exercises, strength training & functional movement patterns essential to building both muscle and bone density. You will experience improvements in power and stability and functional strength.
Go45 Mobiflex
Improve your mobility, flexibility and balance and reduce the risks of injury
This low-intensity 45-minute slow paced and controlled session, includes stretching and balancing techniques that will keep you limber and improve your body’s flexibility, mobility and stability and help reduce the risks of injuries and falls.
Go45 Combo
Get the all-round benefit of cardio, resistance, strength and endurance training, in a single session
This 45-minute session includes a combination of cardio, resistance, agility and core movements, resulting in improved cardiorespiratory fitness, endurance and strength. It combines functional cardio, resistance and bodyweight training.
Go45 Circuit
Test your body and mind and improve your physical and mental functioning with this challenging circuit session
This 45-minute session focuses on an intense 5 station resistance workout  that will test your body, mind and tenacity ensuring you are challenged with every changeover. Experience gains in cardio endurance, body composition and strength.
Go45 Sport Specific
Excel in your favourite sport by having sport-specific training that will help you become more competitive and reduce the risk of injury
This 45-minute session focuses on the sport of your specialisation. Sports specific training includes focusing on your short, medium and long term objectives incorporating periodisation planning and training phases within your sport. This will suit everyone, whether you are a beginner, intermediate or advanced, pre-season, in-season or post-season.
Our Trainers
Victor Lazar
Victor has been passionate about sport since he built his own fiberglass TK1 touring kayak at the age of 17 in order to compete in the Australian Red Cross Murray Marathon. He was the undefeated discus champion at Thornbury High and won several Victorian table tennis competitions in his high school years.
​
During his University years, Victor spent his free periods in the gym and trained at Eddie Swan’s Health Gymnasium and provided group fitness instruction to men and women at Brendan Edwards Sports Centre.
​
His desire to share his sporting talent and experience with others has seen him coach others to achieve great success as an accredited soccer coach with Football Federation Australia and he coached juniors and U16’s to premierships. He also competed in the World Masters Games representing Victoria in table tennis.
​
His passion for sports adventure continues with his love for sea kayaking and the gym, regularly paddling across Port Phillip Bay to improve his physical fitness and mental health and working out 3 to 4 times a week in his boutique gym in Elsternwick where he has thoughtfully selected key pieces of training equipment to cater to any fitness objective.
​
Victor’s sports experience and qualification as a Certified Personal Trainer ensures all of go45fitness clients receive the most up to date, scientific and carefully selected exercise program to achieve any goal.
